Fullstack Software Developer (AI for Mining) Location: Warsaw Hub — hybrid (2–3 days from the office) Employment type: Full-time Seniority: Mid / Senior About us We're an early-stage startup building AI products for the mining industry. Our software helps mines work smarter and safer — from automating data-heavy processes to surfacing insights that previously required hours of manual work. Because our customers operate real mining sites, this role comes with plenty of travel opportunities — you'll get to visit operations in the USA and Australia, see how our software is actually used on-site, and bring that context back into the product. We're a small, technically strong team that ships fast, talks to customers directly, and treats good engineering as a competitive advantage. What you'll do You'll work end-to-end on real product features — from designing APIs and data models, through building the frontend and mobile experiences, to integrating LLM-powered features into production. Expect to own meaningful parts of the system, talk directly with our mining customers about how they actually use the product, and influence both the technical and product direction. As an early team member, you'll have a real impact on architecture, tooling, and how we work. Tech stack • Backend: Node.js (Nest.js), Java, or Python — depending on the service • Frontend: React • Mobile: React Native • AI / LLM layer: LangChain and related tooling (nice to have) • Infrastructure: cloud-based, modern CI/CD, containerized services What we're looking for • Solid commercial experience as a fullstack developer (3+ years). • Strong skills in at least one backend stack — Node.js/Nest, Java, or Python — and willingness to work across them when needed. • Confident with React; comfortable building production frontend, not just gluing components together. • Experience (or genuine interest) in React Native and shipping mobile features. • A pragmatic approach: you understand trade-offs between speed and quality at an early-stage company. • Good written and spoken English — most of our work and documentation is in English. Nice to have • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LLM integrations, RAG, vector databases, or building agentic workflows. • Background in mining, heavy industry, IoT, or any domain involving messy real-world data. • Experience working at a startup or in a product team that owns features end-to-end.
