GenAI and LLM Operations Engineer

We're looking for a GenAI and LLM Operations Engineer for the AI team at an international life sciences company. The role focuses on deploying GenAI and LLM solutions in global supply chain – from ontology design to model operationalization, automation, and predictive analytics. Key responsibilities • Design ontologies, semantic standards, and data interoperability for supply chain. • Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams on LLM models. • Implement governance, best practices for LLM ops, fine-tuning, and ethical AI (MLflow/Opik a plus). • Build LLM agentic systems with LangChain, Python pipelines, Gemini/multimodal AI integrations. • Work with cloud ML (AWS/GCP/Azure), BigQuery, data warehousing, and software engineering (git, QC). • Monitor AI trends and translate them into supply chain strategies. Ideal candidate profile • 5-7 years in GenAI/LLM ops, fine-tuning, and production deployment. • Hands-on with LangChain, Python pipelines, RAG, Text-to-SQL, LLM agents. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), BigQuery, Docker. • Strong software engineering: APIs, testing, version control. • English B2+ (spoken/written). • Bonus: experiment tracking (MLflow/Opik).
