GenAI Creative Specialist

O projekcie: Join our GenAI team that combines creativity with the latest technologies in generative artificial intelligence. As a GenAI Creative Specialist, you will work on visual materials (images and videos) created using multimodal AI models for advertising and marketing purposes. Your main responsibilities will include designing and optimizing prompts, working with structured parameters (JSON-based workflows), and extracting maximum creative value from AI-generated content. You will also support training initiatives, helping team members and client stakeholders effectively adopt GenAI tools in their daily work. This is not a traditional engineering role – we are looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, an excellent understanding of generative model capabilities, and a research-oriented mindset. Wymagania: - Practical experience with multimodal GenAI models (images / video) - Proficiency in creating prompts for visual content (style, composition, lighting, color, mood, narrative) - Ability to work with structured data (JSON): reading, analyzing and optimizing parameter sets - Independence, curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools - Experience in preparing documentation, training materials or guides related to AI - Ability to explain complex AI concepts in a clear and accessible way - Strong self‑organization and proactivity – comfortable working within ambiguous project boundaries - Ability to design and validate solutions in the form of Proof of Concept (PoC) Codzienne zadania: - You will join a project focused on the development and maintenance of an AI‑based communication platform used internally within a large organization. - You will work on a system that is already running in a production environment and serving internal users. - You will take part in the further development of a stable product, including the implementation of new features. - You will collaborate on continuous infrastructure optimization in terms of performance, security, and scalability.
