Opis stanowiska
At Flying Bisons, AI is not an experiment. It is part of everyday work. Designers use AI daily, we have our own integrations and internal tools, and the next step is to build an AI Operating System for the entire company. We are looking for a person who will design and build this system. 🔍 What we are looking for This is not a role for someone who is simply very good at using AI. 👉 This role is for someone who builds tools, workflows and systems that enable others to work effectively with AI. The company is already at an advanced stage. Designers use AI every day, we have our own integrations, and we run internal workshops. We are looking for someone who will take us to the next level, not someone who is just starting their journey with AI. ⚠️ Requirements These are mandatory criteria. Applications that do not meet them will not be considered. 🎨 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer – Not a PM working near design, not a consultant, but a designer who understands the process from the inside. This is the foundation of the role. 🔌 Ability to independently build integrations with AI model APIs (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini) – Not writing requirements for developers, but delivering a working solution yourself. 🧪 Experience implementing AI within a team or organization – You can clearly explain what worked, what did not, and why. 📚 A systematic approach to prompt engineering – You design prompt libraries and architectures rather than writing prompts only for individual tasks. 🛠️ Stack: Claude / GPT-4o / Gemini, Cursor or Copilot, automation tools (Make, n8n or similar). 🗣️ English C1+ both written and spoken. 🌟 Nice to have 🏢 Experience working in an agency delivering projects for external clients. 📂 Public AI projects such as repositories, articles or tools. 🧩 Knowledge of design systems and DesignOps. 🖼️ Experience with multimodal models in a design context. 🎓 Experience running workshops or documented teaching. 🎯 Your role You will design and build the AI Operating System for a company of around 100 people. The role includes the following key areas. 🧠 AI OS Architecture You design and implement a coherent AI operating model for the entire organization. You decide what belongs in the stack, what is restricted, and why. You take full ownership of the direction. 🛠️ Custom Tooling and Integrations You independently build internal tools. You understand the APIs of Anthropic, OpenAI and Gemini at a product level and can create custom workflows when existing tools are not sufficient. 📖 Prompt Library You take ownership of the existing prompt library and significantly evolve it. You introduce architecture, versioning and a contribution process for the team. Prompts are treated as a product with an owner, metrics and a roadmap. 🔄 Cross-disciplinary Workflows You design how AI is used by designers, developers, product managers and researchers. Designer with developer. Designer with PM. Designer with researcher. Each discipline receives clear guidelines and tools. ⚖️ AI Governance You establish rules such as when AI should be used, when it should not be used, how outputs are validated, and how client data and confidentiality are handled. The company works with enterprise clients. Governance is essential. 📈 Adoption and Training You design and run AI onboarding for new employees and recurring training for existing teams. You measure adoption and respond when engagement decreases. 🚫 This role is not for you if ❌ You actively use AI but have never built your own tool or integration. ❌ Your experience is purely technical and does not include real work as a designer. ❌ You write requirements for others and expect someone else to build the solution. ❌ You expect to learn everything from scratch here. Flying Bisons is already too advanced for this role to be a playground. 📋 Recruitment process The process is designed to distinguish between people who talk about building and those who actually build. 🎤 Recruiter screening (30 minutes) – Verification of implementation and technical experience. 🎥 Recorded assignment – Show a working micro-tool that solves a real problem, ideally for designers. Not a description, not a mockup, but a working tool built by you. This is a key filter. 👔 Interview with the CEO (60 minutes) – Strategy, ambition level, cultural fit and your vision for the AI Operating System at Flying Bisons. 👥 Team panel (45 minutes) – The key question is whether this person is more advanced than us in this area. What do we offer? 🤝 B2B contract 🌍 Flexible work mode (100% remote, office or mix) 🍀 Private healthcare (Enel-Med) ⚽ Co-financing for a Multisport card 🏢 Possibility to work from our modern office (WeWork Mennica Legacy Tower) 👨💻 Apple equipment (MacBook) 🎉 Team meetups and parties 🚀 Ready to take the next step? We're waiting for your application.
