Nasze wymagania: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including leadership experience Experience working on digital products, preferably SaaS or platform-based solutions Experience with AI/ML solutions in production is a strong advantage Strong understanding of product management and delivery processes Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Experience working with cross-functional teams Strong ownership and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills English proficiency at minimum C1 level Polish proficiency at minimum C1 level Mile widziane: Experience in a scale-up environment Experience working with international clients Background in data science or data engineering Experience supporting investment or due diligence processes O projekcie: We are looking for a Head of Product who will take ownership of product development, delivery, and close collaboration with the technology team. This is a key role in the organization. You will be responsible for connecting product vision with execution and ensuring that solutions are delivered in a structured, predictable, and high-quality way.
