Junior Global IT Poland (Global Graduate Accelerator Program)

Nasze wymagania: Master degree or comparable and first professional experience in corporate environment;​ Intercultural experience e.g. through semester or internship abroad and willingness to work in different locations worldwide; Very good English language skills; Strong analytic thinking skills and a business mindset, to master future challenges by contributing with fresh ideas and willingness to go the extra mile; Proficiency in a single language (Python preferred), GenAI stack (Langchain, Langfuse, etc.); Experience with AWS, Vector Databases; ​ Experience with Airflow, Observability tools, Terraform would be an asset; Familiarity with the following AI concepts:Machine Learning models, NLP models, RAG; Knowledge/eagerness to grow in Software Engineering: System design, Coding, Debugging, Version Control, Database Management, Solution Architecture; Experience collaborating daily in a large multinational team. Zakres obowiązków: Deploy generative AI models and AI systems; Support Solution Architect in operational tasks concerning AWS infrastructure; Collaborate with ML Ops Engineers in discovering, evaluating and prototyping new tools and frameworks; Routinely contribute to improving technical maturity of the team; Present findings to the team and both tech and business stakeholders. Oferujemy: Structured 12-month development: Experience three distinct assignments over the course of one year - two located in Poland and one abroad in Munich. International exposure with local commitment: Gain global experience while employed on a local contract in your home country. You will be directly employed by BSH Poland as Poland is your target, long-term work destination.
