Nasze wymagania: At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, data strategy, or AI-driven business initiatives Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders to define and deliver technology-enabled transformation programs Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their practical applications and limitations in business contexts Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex AI topics into clear business insights Continuous learning mindset with awareness of evolving AI technologies, industry trends, and emerging applications of generative AI in enterprise environments Fluent in Polish required Residing in Poland required O projekcie: We are seeking a Lead AI Analyst who can connect artificial intelligence capabilities with business strategy and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of AI technologies with strong business acumen to identify high-value AI opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and define practical roadmaps for adoption. In this role, you will translate emerging AI capabilities into strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes while working closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to support responsible and scalable AI adoption.
