Lead AI Engineer

The minimum monthly gross compensation for this role is 25 760 PLN, with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment.
This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.

Lead AI Engineer!
Lead AI Engineer champions the architecture, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that address specific business problems. Individuals in this role leverage extensive knowledge of large language models, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies to solve complex business challenges and foster collaboration across the organization.
Wymagania:
Required:
- MSc/PhD in relevant field, or equivalent practical experience- Experience as AI/ML Engineer with proven delivery of AI systems.- Strong Python skills.- Knowledge of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, crew.ai).- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).- Exposure to NLP, CV, and broader AI techniques.- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and ML services (e.g., SageMaker).- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Experience in Agile environments.
Preferred:
- AI/ML/cloud certifications (e.g., AWS ML, Azure AI Engineer)
