What’s the role about? A highly experienced Lead Platform Architect capable of owning the architecture of a large-scale, AI‑native, multi-cloud digital workplace platform. This architect thrives in high complexity, ambiguity, and fast-changing environments (“comfortable working in chaos”), bringing clarity, structure, and direction. Capable of defining the target architecture, governing design decisions, guiding multiple development teams, and ensuring technical alignment across all Aurora solution building blocks. A strong communicator, facilitator of technical discussions, and a trusted partner for engineering, product, delivery, security, and executive stakeholders. Core Responsibilities Platform Ownership • End-to-end architectural ownership of the Aurora Agentic AI Platform, covering Contact AI, Voice AI, AI Assistant, MCP Servers, Agentic workflows, DaaS, M365 Modern Workplace, and Observability. • Define and maintain the conceptual, logical, and technical architecture of the entire platform. • Ensure alignment with Project Aurora principles: secure-by-design, modular, composable, agile, DevSecOps-driven. Cross-Domain Leadership • Collaborate with leads across: Python platform components • AI/LLM components • ServiceNow Agentic components • AWS & Azure cloud workloads • Security / Zero Trust architecture • Data, Graph RAG, Observability, MCP Servers • Facilitate technical decisions across teams (Voice, Back Office Agentic, Front Office Agentic, Workplace, Networks, Security). Governance & Compliance • Ensure alignment with:• Fujitsu minimum security controls • Ethical AI, privacy by design, model drift, and observability requirements. Technical Strategy • Identify platform gaps, risks, dependencies, and solution options. • Guide choices around architecture patterns, cloud integration, LLM strategy, hosting models, and data flow. • Lead decisions related to: • LLM selection (Azure OpenAI, Cohere, Bedrock models) • Voice strategy (ElevenLabs, AWS Lex/SoundHound) • Hosting models (Azure/AWS/Customer) • Code to infrastructure tooling (Terraform, GitLab) • Observability & predictive AI components Stakeholder Communication • Translate complex architecture into clear, actionable designs. • Communicate with exec sponsors, delivery teams, engineering squads, and security/compliance stakeholders. • Present architecture roadmaps, risks, and design outcomes. Core Technical Skills Architecture & Engineering Expertise • Multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure) • Enterprise integration patterns, API-first design • Microservices, container-based architectures (Docker, K8s optional) • Event-driven & agentic workflows • Data architecture (Graph DB, RAG, observability pipelines) AI / LLM / Agentic Architecture • Understanding of Agentic AI ecosystems • LLM orchestration (LangChain, Graph RAG, multimodal’s role) • Knowledge retrieval, embeddings, vector DB (nice to have) • MCP protocol & MCP server integration • AI governance, ethical AI, model drift management • Multi-agent orchestration and LLM pipelines Cloud Technologies • AWS: Connect, Lex, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Q • Azure: Container Apps, Entra ID, Intune, Graph API, Azure AI, AVD/W365 • Hybrid/on-prem integration models • Zero trust architectures • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) • Cloud security (Sentinel, SIEM, MXDR) Platform Components (Aurora-specific) • MCP Servers & Agentic AI integrations • ServiceNow (Pro Plus) Agentic Flows • Teams & WhatsApp bot integrations • Observability platforms (Datadog, Nexthink, Aternity) • Config-as-Code for M365, Intune • Knowledge management systems • Contact/Voice AI pipelines via AWS Connect & ElevenLabs Soft Skills & Leadership • Thrives in chaos: comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. • Strong team player and cross-team collaborator. • Capable of navigating large, international organizations (GDC, regional delivery, exec). • Excellent communicator—able to simplify complex architecture. • Facilitates architecture reviews, leads technical councils, and mentors tech leads. • Conflict‑resilient, assertive but collaborative. Who are we looking for? • 10+ years in solution or platform architecture at scale. • Experience leading architecture for multi-cloud, AI-driven platforms. • Demonstrated experience unifying large delivery teams across domains. • Experience with global enterprise delivery & distributed teams. • Understanding of regulated environments (GDPR, NIS2, EU AI Act).
