LLM / Generative AI Developer

Location: 100% remote work (Poland) Availability: ASAP / within 1 month Position Overview We are looking for an experienced LLM / Generative AI Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to design and deliver production-grade Generative AI solutions within a large-scale, long-term digital program. The role focuses on building advanced agentic systems and end-to-end GenAI platforms with strong emphasis on quality, safety, and scalability Responsibilities • Design and implement end-to-end GenAI solutions using Python • Build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, tool and function calling, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration • Develop robust RAG pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, re-ranking, and grounding validation • Implement memory strategies including short-term, long-term, summarised, and vector-based memory • Integrate, benchmark, and evaluate multiple LLM models including GPT-4.x series and GPT-4o • Develop structured output and tool-calling systems with strict schema enforcement • Build evaluation frameworks covering hallucination detection, quality scoring, latency, and cost metrics • Implement Responsible AI guardrails including input and output filtering, validation, and fallback strategies • Collaborate closely with DevOps and LLMOps teams on deployment, monitoring, scaling, and cost optimisation Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI development • Strong hands-on Python development skills (mandatory) • Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI • Deep understanding of agentic reasoning, orchestration patterns, and tool integration • Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry • Familiarity with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or OpenSearch • Solid understanding of tokenisation, context windows, rate limits, and LLM cost optimisation • Experience with API integration, async programming, and resilient error-handling patterns • Strong knowledge of Responsible AI risks and mitigation techniques Additional Expectations • Production-first mindset with strong focus on observability, resilience, and scalability • Ability to balance innovation with compliance, security, and safety requirements • Strong documentation skills and ability to clearly communicate architecture and design decisions Project Information • Long-term project with a confirmed contract duration of 5 years • Work within a mature digital development environment delivering large-scale web, app, and AI platforms Offer • B2B contract via Experis  • Multisport card • Private healthcare (Medicover) • Access to an e-learning platform • Group life insurance
