Low-code GenAI Developer

Our projects At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants. Position We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Low-code GenAI Developer (he/she) for our client from the biotechnology industry. Offered salary Salary: from 800 to 1200 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences. You’re ideal for this role if you: • Have minimum 2 years of hands-on data science or software engineering experience • Have deep understanding of with LLMs, agents and foundation models • Are familiar with enterprise applications like Copilot Studio or Power Platforms, SAP, SFDC and their AI offerings • Have proficiency in Python and CI/CD practices • Are familiar with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines • Have experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and model deployment tools for LLM-based systems • Have experience with coding agents like Github CoPilot or Claude Code Your day-to-day responsibilities include: • Low-code design of GenAI solutions: Design, finetune and evaluate GenAIs solution on proprietary data to meet business needs. • Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and optimize prompts to improve model outputs • GenAI Integration: Deploy and integrate LLMs into low-code platforms including agentic solutions, RAG, chatbots, designing APIs, latency/throughput optimization, and monitoring. • Setup of Coding Agent workflows • Research & Experimentation: Stay up-to-date with state-of-the-art LLM architectures and techniques and evaluate their application for internal use cases. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business problems into LLM-powered solutions and communicate model limitations or trade-offs effectively Recruitment process Call with our Recruiter -> Call with our Business Manager -> Meeting with Client If necessary, after call with the Recruiter, we also invite you to an additional technical verification stage.
