Nasze wymagania:
Proven experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science Strong programming skills in Python
Hands‑on experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g. scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience delivering ML solutions into production environments Solid understanding of: supervised and unsupervised learning ; feature engineering ; model evaluation and performance monitoring
Experience working with structured and/or unstructured data (SQL, data preprocessing)
Proactive and solution‑oriented — you actively identify opportunities, not just execute tasks
Strong business understanding and ability to connect AI solutions with tangible outcomes
Comfortable working with non‑technical stakeholders
Consulting mindset: ability to ask why, challenge assumptions, and recommend the best approach
High ownership, autonomy, and accountability
Strong communication skills in English (international environment)
Experience in a consulting, advisory or transformation role
Knowledge of MLOps practices (e.g. ML pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Previous work on solutions improving: operational efficiency cost optimization automation of business processes customer experience or service quality
Experience running workshops or presenting AI concepts to business audiences
Zakres obowiązków:
We are looking for a Machine Learning / AI Engineer who will act as a business‑oriented technology partner, combining strong technical expertise with the ability to identify, design and recommend AI‑driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This role goes beyond pure model development — it requires proactive thinking, close collaboration with stakeholders, and a strong focus on process improvement, automation and optimization using AI technologies.
Act as a trusted AI/ML advisor, supporting stakeholders in identifying and shaping AI use cases
Analyze existing business processes and proactively propose improvements and AI‑based solutions
Design, develop and deploy Machine Learning models and AI solutions tailored to business needs
Support end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives, including: problem definition and discovery proof of concept and validation production deployment continuous optimization and improvement
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights and recommendations
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, data, product, business stakeholders)
Support implementation, adoption, and knowledge transfer (documentation, training, best practices)
Contribute to improving internal AI/ML standards, pipelines, and ways of working
