Machine Learning Specialist

We are looking for a Machine Learning Specialist to join our Data Science team developing innovative AI-driven solutions in the field of data and image analysis for retail and restaurant industry. Our perfect candidate possess strong technical proficiency, paired with creativity and intellectual curiosity. This individual will actively participate in the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of business intelligence systems that support our customers in real-life industry environments worldwide.     Requirements: • Higher education in IT, mathematics, or engineering  • 2y+ experience in commercial project development with machine learning techniques, including experimentation, production deployment, and maintenance  • 1y+ experience in developing and maintaining production Large Language Models - based systems (Ollama, OpenAI, Google AI ) • Knowledge of MLOps practices  • Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, sklearn, Numpy, Pydantic, LangChain, LangGraph), with experience in Snowflake (Cortex), Langfuse, and SQL/NoSQL databases • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub  • English language proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team  Responsibilities: • Research, design and develop applications based on LLMs  and VLMs • Optimize processing pipelines (logic, models) for improved speed and accuracy • Monitor and maintain solutions based on AI models, including validation of production results  What We Offer • Full remote position / hybrid work (office in Gliwice) • Service contract/Employment Contract /B2B.  • Optional English or Spanish lessons.  • Private medical care (Luxmed).  • Life insurance (Allianz).  • Multisport membership.  • Birthday leave  • Voluntary days
