We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our R&D team developing innovative AI-driven solutions in the field of image analysis. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creativity and curiosity, contributing to the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Computer Vision systems used in real business environments worldwide.
Requirements:
• Higher education in IT, mathematics, or engineering
• 5y+ experience in commercial project development with machine learning techniques, including experimentation, production deployment, and maintenance
• 1y+ experience in Computer Vision systems (CNN, DNN)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices
• Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, sklearn, Numpy), SQL & NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GIT
• English language proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and test algorithms using AI model outputs for business metrics
• Research, train, and evaluate CV models (ReID, object detection, segmentation)
• Process optimization (algorithms and AI models) for improved speed and accuracy
• Monitoring and maintenance of AI models, including validation of production results
