Machine Learning Team Leader – Lead AI Solutions

Your role is vital in delivering high-impact ML scoring solutions, shaping the next generation of sponsored offers, and driving innovation at the intersection of data science and practical deployment. Your main responsibilities: • Lead and ensure on-schedule delivery of high-quality ML scoring solutions, including click and conversion predictions, for sponsored offers. • Manage training scope for deep learning models, including feature space definition and lifecycle standards. • Oversee the transition of scoring responsibilities from existing teams, collaborating closely with backend and product stakeholders. • Provide expert insights into future roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategies and technological advancements. • Drive end-to-end model training initiatives, from data preparation to deployment, ensuring scalability and robustness. • Collaborate across ML, engineering, and product teams to ensure strategic and operational excellence. • Maintain and improve cloud-based ML workloads on GCP, utilizing services like Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage. You're ideal for this role if you have: • 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science in production environments. • 2+ years of direct people management experience. • Proven expertise in full model lifecycle: data prep, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment. • Hands-on skills in Python and SQL, with knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. • Experience operating ML workloads within cloud environments, especially GCP. • Strong decision-making skills based on metrics such as revenue, GMV, and conversion rates. • Excellent communication skills in English at least at B2 level. It is a strong plus if you have: • Experience in AdTech, recommendation systems, or marketplace ranking at scale. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, experiment tracking, and feature store integrations. • Exposure to online inference environments and collaboration with platform teams. • Background in developing models for pCTR/pCVR prediction. Language Required for the role: • Good command of English (at least B2 level), communication skills are essential.
