Manager - AI Development

Nasze wymagania: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field Demonstrated experience leading technical teams delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions Strong hands-on experience with Python and Azure-based development Experience delivering AI, data or analytics solutions, including deploying solutions to cloud environments Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) or AI deployment pipelines Familiarity with responsible AI and model governance concepts Exposure to generative or agent-based AI. Experience working in international matrix organisations. Zakres obowiązków: Lead and develop a team of AI developers, providing technical mentorship and career development.
