Wymagania: What makes you a great fit: - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field - 5+ years of Python experience with a strong engineering background - Proven, hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Agents, vector and graph databases, LangChain/LangGraph, and/or Azure AI services - Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps best practices (prompt evaluation, monitoring, CI/CD for models) - Familiarity with data pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), and scalable deployments - Solid understanding of software engineering principles (testing, debugging, version control, CI/CD) - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for AI innovation - Advanced English (written & spoken) - Experience in building AI Agents is an advantage - Product mindset: thinking beyond code, focusing on usability, documentation, and maintainability Codzienne zadania: - Design and build scalable, production-ready Generative AI solutions (RAG pipelines, Agents, custom integrations) - Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams to integrate AI into real-world products - Gather, analyze, and refine requirements, turning ideas into well-defined deliverables - Evolve proof-of-concepts into robust, documented, versioned solutions that can scale and be reused - Deploy solutions to cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring reliability and performance - Stay ahead of the curve in GenAI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, MLOps/LLMOps, and emerging AI tech
