Opis stanowiska

Kryptonim builds fiat-to-crypto infrastructure - onramp, KYC, risk, payments, liquidity - so that buying crypto feels as safe as a bank transfer. We're hiring an engineer who's ready to work the way software will be built from now on: AI agents write most of the code, you make the decisions that matter. Remote · Warsaw office optional · B2B · 19k - 26k net PLN The shift we've already made At Kryptonim, agents produce the majority of our code. Engineers scope problems, review output, and own what ships. Less keystrokes, more judgment. If that sounds like where you want to be heading - keep reading. What you'll do: • Own what you ship. Agents write the code; you're accountable for its correctness, security, and production behavior. • Work with AI daily. Design and run agentic workflows to build backend systems in Go - scope, delegate, review, ship. • Improve the dev loop. Help evolve how the team works with AI: prompts, skills, evals, review rituals, CI integration. • Guard the architecture. Keep the system healthy as we add KYC, payment, and on-chain flows - data contracts, state machines, idempotency, audit trails. • Decide and move. When the spec has gaps, you close them: pick a path, document the assumption, ship. • Take features end-to-end. Go from fuzzy business problem to production, including the parts nobody explicitly asked for. • Review with equal care. Human code or agent code - same standard. Write the tests that buy real confidence. Our expectations:  • Comfort working with AI agents. You've used agentic tools beyond autocomplete - multi-step workflows, tool integrations, structured prompting. You can explain when you overrode the agent and when you let it run. If you're earlier on this path but genuinely motivated to learn, that counts too. • Judgment under ambiguity. You notice when a spec leaves a gap, decide, document it, and keep going. • Security instinct. Signature verification, replay protection, short-lived credentials, secrets discipline, log masking - these show up in your code without a checklist. • Systems thinking. Idempotency, clean integration layers, state machines, observability from day one. You see what a system will need at scale. • Backend depth. 4+ years of  experience building backend products. Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, relational modelling, migrations, async processing (queues, retries, DLQs). • Domain curiosity. Interest in fintech, payments, and crypto.  Nice to have • Go - our primary backend language; strong fundamentals speed you up meaningfully. • PostgreSQL- schema design, migration management, views, query optimization • Web3 basics - EVM, ERC-20, on-chain events, wallet auth. Fintech or regulated-product experience. • Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, CI/CD. Benefits - see what perks we've prepared for you! • Growth support 🌱 As the company grows, so does your role, ensuring your voice matters in strategic decisions. Participate in enriching feedback sessions, with limitless access to educational resources for your personal and professional development. Receive regular feedback during 1–on–1 meetings, we’re creating a culture based on continuous improvement.  • Health & Wellbeing 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ We care about our employees’ health. We offer private medical care, in-office diagnostic tests, and a Multisport card. We believe in mixing business with pleasure, and so there are also sports activities available to our employees! • Community 🥳 We believe in a culture of appreciation. Attend industry conferences such as Digital Dragons, NBX, or GiC. We organize office theme parties, contests, and integration events. Process: • Apply online. • HR call - a brief conversation with our HR team to learn more about your background and interests. This is the first personal touchpoint on your journey with us. • Home assignment, a focused slice designed around real Kryptonim products. • Technical and AI-usage interview. We'll walk through your code, prompts, and decisions, and ask technical questions to get a read on your fluency and hands-on experience. • Soft skills and culture fit interview - the final step before we make a decision. • The offer. The home assignment is a compressed vertical slice of the kind of system you'd actually build here. We don't score it on feature count. We score it on the quality of your engineering process: how you used AI, how you handled the questions the spec didn't answer, how separable your design is, and how confidently you can walk us through your reasoning afterwards. A smaller, sharper slice with documented trade-offs beats a sprawling one that papers over the hard questions.
