Andersen is hiring an ML Engineer to design and integrate scalable AI solutions into cloud platforms, enhancing automation, workflows, and data-driven decisions in secure environments. The customer is a global technology company delivering enterprise software and cloud-based digital platforms for highly regulated industries. It develops large-scale, mission-critical solutions focused on automation, advanced data processing, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities, serving thousands of corporate clients worldwide. The organization operates in a complex, high-load environment, continuously evolving its technology stack and investing in innovation to support long-term digital transformation. The project is delivered for an international enterprise technology provider and focuses on AI-driven digital transformation within large-scale, cloud-based systems. The team designs and integrates scalable machine learning solutions into existing platforms to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making in secure, high-availability environments. Responsibilities: • Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments. • Building scalable ML pipelines on AWS. • Working closely with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML solutions into enterprise systems. • Optimizing models for performance, scalability, and reliability. • Implementing monitoring, logging, and model performance tracking. • Ensuring compliance with security and data governance standards. • Participating in architecture discussions and solution design. Must-haves: • Experience in Machine Learning for 5+ years. • Experience in AI engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (SageMaker Lambda S3 EC2). • Strong proficiency in Python. • Experience with ML frameworks. • Experience deploying ML models into production. - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. Nice-to-haves: • Experience in financial services or healthcare domain. • Experience integrating ML with RPA solutions (e.g., intelligent automation use cases). • Knowledge of data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, etc.). • Experience with LLM-based solutions or AI-driven automation. • Understanding security and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
