Product Manager (Data&AI)

Nasze wymagania: 5+ years in product management, ideally in data & AI. Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand operational domains. High‑level understanding of AI, BI, data engineering or data science. Confident stakeholder management — influencing, prioritizing, and saying no when needed. Clear communicator with both technical and non‑technical teams. Agile delivery experience and ability to coordinate teams or contractors. Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to build meaningful solutions. Zakres obowiązków: Your role: We’re looking for a Product Manager who can turn business challenges into impactful data & analytics products — with a special focus on partnering closely with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to drive smarter, faster, more efficient operations. Partner with Supply Chain & Manufacturing teams to understand their needs and shape data‑driven solutions. Build alignment across stakeholders and define a clear product vision. Translate business needs into a structured backlog and lead your Data&AI squad in agile delivery. Connect business and technical teams throughout design, testing and implementation. Spot new opportunities to enhance operations using data & analytics. Promote data‑driven ways of working and share measurable business impact.
