Nasze wymagania:
5+ years in a Product Manager role, ideally focusing on wider product portfolio,
Strong communication skills and ability to understand various operational domains in a changing environment,
Ability to prioritize and influence the audience both on the business and engineering side,
Curiousity and understanding of AI/Data-intensive solutions,
Communicative English - min. B2.
Zakres obowiązków:
Collaborate closely with the business to understand their needs, define priorities and align on solutions needed to be built,
Develop products vision and document requirements for projects at various stages, including building new solutions from scratch,
Build and manage actionable backlog, oversee priorities and budgets,
Leverage Scrum approach to cooperate with engineering teams,
Measure the business impact, educate stakeholders and work with end users to ensure products usability.
