R&D Test Automation QA (SDET)

Nasze wymagania: Self-driven person with the ability to turn test scenarios into automated E2E tests 3+ years in test automation or software engineering with a strong automation focus Knowledge of a modern programming language (C#) Hands-on experience with: Docker, Jenkins, Git, JIRA/X-Ray Selenium/Selenoid or comparable Test Automation Framework (eg. Playwright) Windows and Linux Operating Systems (admin tools e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, installation scripts etc) Detailed understanding of software testing principles and Agile development process Ability to write technical documentation Good English communication skills (speaking and writing) and ability to work in international teams Mile widziane: Experience in using AI in the testing process, e.g. Github CoPilot (including concept of MCP’s). API testing experience (JMeter, Postman, Swagger, REST) Experience with performance testing Elastic stack RabbitMQ Experience with integrating HW simulation with E2E testing O projekcie: We’re looking for a hands-on SDET to own the design, development, and maintenance of automated tests across UI, API, and integration layers. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to embed quality into our SDLC, improve release confidence, and accelerate delivery through reliable, scalable test automation. Location: Hybrid model is possible (minimum 3 days in Katowice office per week). Zakres obowiązków: Design & Build Automation: Create robust, maintainable automated test suites (UI and integration) aligned with our architecture and coding standards. CI/CD Integration: Integrate test suites into pipelines. Test Data & Environments: Support deterministic test data strategies and ensure environment readiness and observability. Quality Analytics: Support tracking quality KPIs (coverage by critical path, defect escape rate) and drive continuous improvements. Code Quality: Review automation code, enforce standards, and support QA engineers on testability, patterns, and best practices. Defect Management: Triage failures, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate to prevent recurrence via guardrails and automation. Documentation: Maintain living documentation for test strategy, frameworks, environments, and runbooks. Experimenting with AI Technologies in Test Automation: Implementing AI-based solutions for test generation, coverage analysis, anomaly detection, and regression optimization. Pay Transparency Statement The monthly base salary range for this position starts from 10,900.00 PLN gross. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
