Senior AI Agent Development & Prompt Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Agent Development & Prompt Engineering to join development team. The role covers development of automated business processes, creation and refinement of AI agents through prompt engineering, solution development with AI frameworks, and continuous performance optimization. Project information: • Type of project: IT Services • Office location: Poland • Work model: Remote • Budget: 110 - 125 PLN net/ h - b2b • Project length: to the end of the year, possible to extend it • Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland • Start date: ASAP Project scope: • Designing, building, testing, and optimizing AI‑driven agentic systems using large language models • Development of automated business processes, creation and refinement of AI agents through prompt engineering, Python-based solution development with AI frameworks, and continuous performance optimization. • Collecting and preprocessing voice data for agentic AI, as well as developing and executing comprehensive testing methodologies ensuring reliability, quality assurance, and alignment with evolving AI capabilities and user needs. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to define clear and measurable acceptance criteria Competence demands: • Ability to automate business processes using AI-driven systems (agentic AI) • Skills in designing, building, and refining AI agents with prompt engineering • Experience developing Python solutions integrating AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) • Capability to test, simulate, and optimize agentic systems • Experience collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing voice data from call center calls • Ability to develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and AI-specific behaviour tests • Experience defining acceptance criteria with product and engineering teams • Knowledge of quality assurance aligned with evolving AI capabilities and industry standards • Very good English skills Nice to have: • Continuous optimization techniques for AI system performance • Experience improving testing methodologies specifically for agentic AI systems We offer: • Remote working model • Collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional AI teams • Dynamic and innovation-driven engineering environment • Full-time job agreement based on b2b • Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) • Multisport card (also for an accompanying person) • Life insurance
