Senior AI Developer / AI Solutions Architect

Seniority: Senior / ArchitectIndustry: Automotive Project: AI-driven CRM platform Work mode: remote  Contract: B2B About the project We are looking for a highly experienced AI Specialist to join a fast-moving project in the automotive industry. You will be working on the development and evolution of a CRM platform for the customer in the automotive sector, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and automation. The project is built around rapid iteration, experimentation, and applying AI in real business scenarios not just prototypes. This role goes beyond implementation. You will shape architectural decisions, define how AI is embedded into the product, and ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business processes. You’ll work closely with both engineering and business teams, translating ideas into working systems and pushing the boundaries of AI-supported development. Requirements: • Senior-level experience in Artificial Intelligence and AI-driven development, with a track record of delivering production-ready solutions • Strong proficiency in Python and experience building backend systems and APIs (e.g. FastAPI, Flask) • Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including data processing, model development, and deployment • Practical experience with LLM-based solutions, including:• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • integration of generative AI into real-world systems • Experience designing AI-powered architectures, including: • LLM applications • agent-based workflows • modern frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring) • Ability to design scalable, modular, and flexible architectures (avoiding monolithic approaches) • Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems (e.g. CRM, APIs, external services) • Experience working with data, including: • SQL • ETL / ELT processes • data ingestion and pipeline design • Experience designing, reviewing, and validating multi-component systems, including: • data ingestion layer • ETL / processing pipelines • AI / LLM layer • integration or UI layer • Strong understanding of system design principles (scalability, performance, reliability) • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment • Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with stakeholders • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Nice to have: • Experience working in CRM environments or customer data platforms • Availability to work during hours that partially overlap with US Central Time • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite workshops • Experience working in a consultative role with business stakeholders Responsibilities: • Design and define solution architecture with a strong focus on AI-driven systems • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Develop and support AI-based features and automation within the CRM ecosystem • Explore and implement innovative approaches in AI and system design • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders on a daily basis • Communicate directly with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical and business goals • Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment, adapting solutions as the project evolves We offer: • Up to 155 PLN/h net on a B2B contract • Flexible billing options • Short 14-day invoice payment term • Comprehensive private healthcare package • Access to the MyBenefit cafeteria platform, including: Multisport cards, prepaid cards for IKEA, Zalando, Notino, and many other partners
