Responsibilities • AI-First Development: Lead the development process using an AI-heavy approach to maximize efficiency and innovation. • Boundary Pushing: Beyond standard automation, you will explore and implement "out-of-the-box" technical solutions. • Direct Communication: Maintain clear and strong written/verbal communication with stakeholders and business teams. • Consultative Problem Solving: Interface directly with business processes to identify pain points and engineer creative technical fixes. Requirements • AI Expertise: Deeply experienced in AI tools and AI-driven development methodologies. • Communication: Exceptional communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences. • Speed & Agility: Proven ability to deliver high-quality code and prototypes in a very fast work environment. • Consultative Background (Nice-to-Have): Previous experience interfacing directly with business teams and non-technical stakeholders.
