Nasze wymagania: At least 6-7 years of IT‑relevant experience Strong expertise in Python (backend, async, integrations) Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications Experience with: LangChain, LangGraph, DSPy, Pydantic Practical knowledge of RAG pipelines (embeddings, retrieval, vector search) Experience working with vector databases Solid backend engineering skills (APIs, integrations, system design) Cloud experience: GCP (preferred) and/or Azure English level at least B2 Open-minded and ready for varied challenges, comfortable working close to business stakeholders and clients Passionate about AI innovation Mile widziane: Experience with RAG evaluation (RAGAS) Advanced agentic workflows (stateful, human-in-the-loop) Experience in enterprise environments O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our internal Center of Excellence – a team of experts designing and delivering AI solutions for global clients across industries such as banking, finance, and aerospace and many more! - Hybrid work: remotely + visits in Tricity (preferred) / Warsaw / Kraków office (at least once per week, especially during onboarding) - Full-time - Start: ASAP Zakres obowiązków: Design and implement LLM-based solutions (assistants, RAG pipelines, workflows) Work with multi-LLM ecosystems (commercial & open-source) Analyze business requirements and support solution design & estimation Collaborate directly with enterprise clients Integrate ML components into larger systems and applications Review and validate AI solutions delivered by other engineers Contribute to internal AI initiatives (e.g. internal Copilot, frameworks, R&D) Develop frameworks based on LLMs, RAG, DSPy, graph search, ontologies, vector search Oferujemy: A full-time contract with possibility to choose the form of employment (UoP/B2B) Stable and long-term cooperation A clearly defined career path and the possibility of development in four areas as: Project Manager, Business Manager, Technical Leader and a specialist in their field Participation in company conferences, trainings, workshops, integration meetings, etc. Certification and training opportunities Opportunity to relocate and work in different ALTEN Polska branches
