Opis stanowiska
Wymagania:
- At least 6-7 years of IT‑relevant experience
- Very good knowledge of Python, incl. hands-on experience implementing LLM-based solutions
- Experience with: LangChain, LangGraph, DSPy, Pydantic
- Experience building RAG pipelines (embeddings, retrieval, vector search)
- Experience working with vector databases
- Experience in solution architecture design and automated testing and CI/CD processes
- Experience with advanced agentic workflows (stateful, human-in-the-loop)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (APIs, system integrations, computer architecture)
- Experience evaluating RAG solutions using RAGAS
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools
- Mentoring skills
- Experience with low-level programming (drivers, firmware)
- Good English - at least B2/B2+

Zakres obowiązków:
- Understand user and business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions
- Serve as an AI expert and provide guidance and mentorship to the team
- Design and develop applications powered by LLMs (including RAG and workflow-based solutions)
- Create agent-based systems with orchestration and tool integration capabilities
- Work with multiple LLMs, both commercial and open-source
- Incorporate existing ML models and components into end-to-end solutions
