We're looking for a senior AI engineer to help us become an agentic company, both by building our internal agent platform and skills registry (reusable agents and capabilities our engineers can discover, compose, and improve over time) and by establishing the infrastructure and patterns that let agents do real engineering work across the organization. Start: flexible for the right personDuration: 6 months Location: Hybrid setup from Stockholm - 2-3 days in the office per week. Main Responsibilities • Design and ship autonomous agents that comprehend our multi-repo codebase and execute outcomes spanning multiple repos and systems. • Build agents that run full research-to-implementation loops: investigate, propose, code, test, iterate. • Build the infrastructure: sandboxed execution environments, cloud-hosted headless agents that run async over hours or days, secret and credential management and human-in-the-loop guardrails for destructive operations. • Integrate deeply with our developer workflows: Gitlab, CI/CD, QA and test automation. • Establish the patterns, guardrails, and internal tooling that let other teams build agents safely. • Measure impact: Define and track what good looks like for agentic delivery: Quality, reliability and real productivity impact for our engineers. Key Requirements • Hands-on experience shipping production agentic systems with modern frameworks (LangGraph, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, etc). • Strong grasp of evals, observability, and cost/latency tuning. • Comfort operating across the stack: from the agent loop itself down to the infrastructure it runs on. Other Details This position is primarily hybrid with a focus on collaboration in Stockholm offices 2-3 days per week. The duration of the engagement is projected at 6 months, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
