Senior AI Engineer (Computer Vision)

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)Compensation: 25k – 30k PLN net/month (B2B) + Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who wants to own the development, scaling, and deployment of Computer Vision models in the real world. At AI Clearing, we don't build toy models or proof-of-concepts that sit on a shelf. Our algorithms process massive, complex geospatial data to track progress on some of the largest infrastructure projects on Earth.

What You’ll Do:


Own the Model Lifecycle: Architect, train, and deploy deep learning models designed to analyze complex geospatial, drone, and satellite data.
• Scale ML Pipelines: Collaborate on building robust, reproducible training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Write Production Code: Maintain a high bar for code quality, writing clean, well-tested Python within a modern MLOps workflow.
• Solve Spatial Problems: Turn raw drone imagery, orthophotos, and spatial datasets into highly accurate, actionable insights for construction managers.
• Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with the engineering team to align model performance with product goals, sharing knowledge and mentoring mid-level team members.

Requirements:


5+ years of professional experience as an AI, ML, or Computer Vision Engineer.

• Deep PyTorch Expertise: Hands-on experience building and tuning Deep Learning models, specifically for Computer Vision tasks.
• Strong Python Foundations: Clean coding practices, solid understanding of software design patterns, and debugging skills.
• Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with our international clients and partners.
• Location: Willing to work from our Warsaw office at least 3 days a week.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with MLOps tools like Docker, MLflow, or DVC for experiment tracking and reproducibility.
• Prior experience working with geospatial data (orthophotos, GIS tools, satellite imagery, or 3D point clouds).
• A portfolio or GitHub repository showing practical, completed ML projects.
