Senior AI Full Stack Developer

O projekcie: Location: Remote (with occasional visits to Łódź) Employment type: 2 months initial contract - to be extended B2B- up to 160zł/hour Senior AI Full Stack Developer needed to drive full‑stack development and production readiness for an AI product - feature development, infrastructure and DevOps, and client integrations. Wymagania: - Strong Python experience - GenAI expertise: hands‑on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, prompt engineering, and fine‑tuning. - DevOps skills: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and automated deployments. - Production experience: proven track record making systems resilient, low‑latency, and observable. - API & integration: experience integrating services with client systems and building client‑facing APIs/SDKs. - Testing & evaluation: familiarity with model evaluation metrics, monitoring, and data integrity practices. - Communication: ability to collaborate with product and client teams and document technical decisions. Codzienne zadania: - Feature development - implement and deploy new Python features and improve existing ones. - DevOps/MLOps -maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate model training, deployment, and monitoring. - Client integration - integrate AI solution with customer‑facing products and environments. - Production hardening - ensure reliability, performance optimization, error handling, and observability. - Model improvement - fine‑tune LLMs and apply advanced prompt engineering to boost performance. - Evaluation & monitoring - build or improve in‑house systems to track model quality and metrics. - R&D support - run short research projects to explore new techniques and tools.
