Senior AI Platform Engineer

Role Purpose: 

As part of the AI Platform and Services team, you will contribute to building and operating AI platforms across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and supporting their full lifecycle.

You will help ensure that AI platforms and services are reliable, scalable and ready for real-world use - enabling teams across the organization to develop, deploy and run AI solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the operation and continuous development of cloud-based AI platforms

•
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of CI/CD processes

•
Design and automate logging, testing and monitoring processes

•
Build and maintain observability dashboards (e.g. OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana)

•
Embed DevSecOps practices and AI safety guardrails into the platforms

•
Support AI use cases with hands-on engineering and platform expertise

Your Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience and a degree in a related field

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)

• Solid knowledge of container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Postman)

• Experience with networking concepts and API frameworks

• Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, Argo CD)

• Exposure to AI and GenAI technologies

• Pragmatic, flexible and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong team player with good communication skills

• Interest in continuous learning, skill development and knowledge sharing

• Security-aware mindset and understanding of enterprise constraints
