Senior AI Solutions Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a new team member to join us as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer and support our client, an international enterprise software provider specializing in business process optimization and automation. Their proprietary platform allows companies to easily design digital workflows and seamlessly integrate ERP systems with modern technologies. 
In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and production-grade software. Working across the entire lifecycle - from problem framing and modeling to deploying usable solutions - you will leverage both LLMs and traditional machine learning techniques to deliver measurable, real-world improvements.

What You’ll Do



Design & Implement: Build robust AI solutions by leveraging LLMs to deliver new AI-driven capabilities.
• Architect Data Flows: Translate ambiguous requirements into practical models, data flows, and decision systems.
• Integrate Ecosystems: Connect AI capabilities seamlessly with existing data, tools, and business processes.
• Build Services: Develop reliable services (e.g., APIs) to make AI functionality easily consumable within applications.
• Evaluate & Iterate: Monitor system behavior in production and iteratively optimize based on real usage, latency, and cost constraints.
• Empower the Team: Contribute to internal AI development tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot optimization) and collaborate closely with Product Owners and other engineers.
• Own the Lifecycle: Take joint team ownership of the entire DevOps cycle for your solutions.

What We’re Looking For



Experience: 5+ years of experience as a software developer (or similar role) and 1+ years of hands-on experience working with production-grade AI solutions.
• AI Expertise: Senior-level experience in Applied AI Prompt Engineering and building LLM-based systems in production (including tool integration and multi-step processing).
• Python & APIs: Strong Python skills with the ability to build and deploy services (e.g., FastAPI).
• Agentic Systems: Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar frameworks for agentic systems.
• Cloud & Backend: Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Languages: Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken) is required for smooth everyday collaboration.
• Engineering Mindset: Proven ability to make LLM-driven systems reliable in practice (evaluation, failure handling, latency, and cost trade-offs) with a strong focus on quality.
• Collaboration: A practical engineering mindset with a willingness to collaborate closely and take ownership of end-to-end solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience working with real-world, messy data.
• Exposure to enterprise systems or complex operational workflows.
• Experience developing and maintaining SaaS products.

💲 Long-term B2B contract: 25 000 - 30 000 PLN net + VAT / month
