Senior Blue Prism Developer (Automation)

Wymagania:
- 5+ years of experience with Blue Prism and object‑oriented programming
- Strong ability to design and deliver new automations independently
- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into automated solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling
- Knowledge of communication standards such as HTTP, REST, SOAP, XML or XSD
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira and ServiceNow; experience working in Agile teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Very good command of English

Zakres obowiązków:
- Design, build, test and deploy automation solutions for medium and high‑complexity processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and deliver components end‑to‑end
- Apply coding standards, frameworks and Agile practices throughout the project
- Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation
- Identify risks and issues and communicate them to project stakeholders
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge‑sharing initiatives
- Participate in technical meetings and workshops with the client
