How you will get the job done
• designing and implementing complex voice and chatbot dialogues in dialogue management systems to ensure natural and user friendly interactions
• orchestrating and prompting GenAI modules
• further developing, optimizing and updating the design system to ensure consistent user experiences
• supporting and advising international entities in developing new voice assistant solutions or adapting existing ones
• working closely with developers, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet market requirements
Skills and experience you will need
• fluency in English (C1)
• good language skills in German (B2)
• university degree in Psychology, User Experience Design, Conversation Design, Linguistics or related field
• professional experience in conversation design, ideally with a focus on voice and chatbot solutions
• basic knowledge of JavaScript
• experience with agile working methods, use of common UX and mockup tools
• experience with prompt engineering and large language models
• strong communication skills
• high level of initiative
Nice to have
• knowledge of additional European language
