Senior Data & AI Engineer (Agentic AI / Azure) 📍 100% Remote 💰 200–240 PLN/h ⏳ Long-term project 🧾 B2B Contract About the project We are looking for an experienced Senior Data & AI Engineer to join a long-term project focused on building modern AI-driven solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment. The role combines advanced Data Engineering, LLM integration, and Agentic AI capabilities. You will design and implement scalable data pipelines, integrate AI services into production systems, and help build intelligent workflows powered by modern AI architectures. You’ll work on solutions responsible for processing large-scale operational and observability data, integrating external ML workloads, and implementing RAG-based AI systems used directly by business applications. Your responsibilities • Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure services • Build solutions that move data from source systems (e.g. Azure Event Hubs) into processing environments such as Azure Databricks • Expose processed data according to architectural and platform standards • Integrate external ML and AI workloads into the existing enterprise architecture • Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging LLM APIs and RAG architectures • Create and optimize prompts used directly within production applications • Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability across AI and data pipelines • Design intelligent workflows and orchestration logic for AI-based systems • Collaborate with architects, product teams, DevOps, and platform engineers • Contribute to software engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, documentation, and code reviews • Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical planning Tech stack • Azure Databricks • Azure Functions • Azure Event Hubs • Python • LLM APIs • RAG architectures • ETL / ELT • Docker / Kubernetes • CI/CD • Git Must-have requirements • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or ML Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with:• Azure Databricks • Azure Functions • Azure Event Hubs • Strong experience building robust and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines • Excellent Python programming skills • Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production systems • Experience designing and implementing RAG-based solutions • Understanding of prompt engineering for production applications • Experience working with cloud environments (preferably Azure) • Knowledge of software engineering best practices and clean architecture • Experience working in Agile teams Nice to have • Experience with Agentic AI / multi-agent workflows • Experience integrating ML or analytics models into production pipelines • Familiarity with observability data formats (logs, metrics, traces) • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code • Knowledge of monitoring and quality assurance practices for AI systems • Experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms What we offer • 100% remote work • Long-term cooperation • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and Agentic AI solutions • Real impact on architecture and technology decisions • International environment and modern tech stack • Stable and flexible B2B cooperation
