Lead and mentor a Scrum team, fostering professional growth, mentoring, and providing regular feedback.
Develop and uphold standards of work and a culture of quality across the team.
Support the Product Owner in backlog planning, prioritization, and roadmap management.
Manage risks, dependencies, and streamline workflows to ensure timely, stable, and high-quality deliveries.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and IT leaders to align project goals.
Implement AI tools within SDLC processes to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Enhance team productivity through process improvements and best practices.
Promote agile methodologies and ensure adherence to project management standards.
