Senior Full-Stack / AI Engineer (React + Node)

Our Client is an international technology company developing modern cloud-based digital products and AI solutions. The project focuses on building full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components that are deployed directly to production and have a real impact on user experience. We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack / AI Engineer who wants to combine classical software engineering with modern AI patterns and take ownership of architecture and the quality of delivered solutions. 📍 WORK MODE:100% remote (international team) 🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Designing and implementing full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components in a cloud environment • Building developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions to support fast and secure iterations • Applying Secure SDLC principles and a privacy-by-design approach throughout the entire development process • Working closely with product teams, UX, and domain experts to deliver measurable business value • Using modern LLM (Large Language Model) patterns such as RAG, routing, tool-use, and evals to improve solution quality, trust, and cost efficiency • Co-creating system architecture, mentoring engineers, and taking responsibility for larger technical initiatives 🔍 REQUIREMENTS: Must-have: • Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in software engineering • Strong full-stack experience with React and Node.js, and hands-on work in the cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Expert-level knowledge in at least one of the following areas, with solid understanding of the others:• AI agent development and evaluation • Backend and frontend development • Cloud services, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), software quality, and testing strategy • Secure SDLC and privacy by design • Proven experience delivering secure, cloud-native systems to production • High level of ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication • English proficiency at B2/C1 level, enabling effective work in an international team Nice-to-have: • Experience taking AI agents from concept to production • Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG systems, and OpenSearch • Experience with classical Machine Learning (training, deployment, monitoring) • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. SOC 2, HIPAA) 🤝 WHY JOIN? • Stable, long-term cooperation on an international project • Real impact on system architecture and the direction of AI solution development • 100% remote work with flexible working hours • Collaboration with experienced engineers, product managers, and domain experts • Modern technology stack and a culture focused on quality, trust, and partnership Thank you for all applications.
