Senior Machine Learning /AI Engineer [M/F]

Wymagania: - 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python software development - At least 3 years of experience in areas such as Machine Learning, Environment Engineering, or Data Science - Solid, practical experience with AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, MCP servers or similar) - Strong exposure to working with AI solutions, including prompt design and iterative development (“vibe coding”) - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions (analysis, summarization, adapting to changing requirements) - Comfortable working independently and planning your own tasks or coordinating work within a small team - Availability to work between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM (aligned with the client’s time zone) is required. Nice to have: - Familiarity with tools like Codex or Claude Code (or comparable solutions) - Experience integrating AI components into existing systems or platforms - Understanding of Reinforcement Learning concepts such as reward modeling, environment dynamics, evaluation, and agent interaction loops - Experience with instrumentation, metrics collection, and data pipelines supporting RL evaluation Codzienne zadania: - Building and operating scalable, highly available AI inference platforms and distributed systems designed to handle real-time voice interactions - Applying and coordinating modern foundational models using tools such as LangChain or LangGraph, with a strong focus on prompt design, agent-based architectures, and RAG approaches - Working with Reinforcement Learning concepts and contributing to systems that enable continuous learning and real-time optimization in production environments - Designing system architectures based on microservices and event-driven communication (e.g. Kafka, Azure Service Bus) to support high-throughput, low-latency workloads
