Wymagania:
- hands-on with Dynamics 365 (Contact Center/Sales/Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Apps, Automate, Pages);
- proficient in C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable with PowerShell/Bash and Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep/ARM/Terraform);
- experience with Azure Integration services — Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management;
- familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI integrations into business workflows;
- Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AZ-204, AI-102, AB-100) are a strong plus;
- translates complex business needs into scalable solutions, balancing configuration vs. customization trade-offs with a cost/value mindset;
- analytical and adaptable — follows the Microsoft roadmap closely and thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments;
- influences technical direction across cross-functional teams and communicates with confidence to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Zakres obowiązków:
- lead delivery of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions within Agile teams;
- extend platform capabilities through pro-code customization (plugins, PCF, custom connectors);
- design and implement AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry;
- build and maintain enterprise integrations across ERP, CPQ, telephony, and SaaS systems;
- champion CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions;
- collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants to shape the right solution approach.
