Senior MLOps Engineer

Join us to shape the future of technology together!We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Machine Learning Engineer to evolve and scale our globally deployed recommender system. You will own the architecture and MLOps foundation of a high-impact production system while mentoring data scientists and driving engineering excellence.   What You’ll Do • Lead the architectural evolution of our recommender system. • Strengthen and scale our MLOps practices (CI/CD, reproducibility, monitoring). • Productionize ML models from research to reliable, scalable deployment. • Mentor data scientists and engineers on best practices in software engineering and ML systems. • Contribute hands-on to Python-based ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines. • Partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.   Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in ML engineering with production system ownership. • Strong experience designing scalable ML/data pipelines in the cloud. • Expert Python skills and deep knowledge of the ML ecosystem. • Experience deploying models and managing the full MLOps lifecycle. • Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams.   Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree in ML, AI, or related field. • Experience with monitoring and observability for ML systems. • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
