Our client needs the support of an experienced Sinequa Developer to drive a strategic enterprise search initiative and shape advanced, AI‑enhanced search capabilities. The focus is on deep, hands‑on work with the Sinequa platform rather than broader big data engineering. This role is centered around building and evolving “next‑gen” enterprise search experiences. You will work directly with the Sinequa platform (architecture, indexing, configuration), improve search relevance and performance for complex datasets, and introduce modern capabilities using Generative AI and RAG‑based patterns. The work involves close collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders to turn real search and knowledge‑discovery needs into practical technical solutions. Key responsibilities • Design, configure, and develop solutions on the Sinequa platform (including architecture, indexing, and search configuration) • Optimise search relevance, ranking algorithms, and performance for complex and heterogeneous data sources • Explore and apply Generative AI and RAG approaches to enhance search and discovery use cases • Translate business and IT requirements into Sinequa‑based solutions, working closely with key stakeholders • Act as a subject‑matter expert for Sinequa, providing guidance on best practices and platform capabilities • Proactively identify opportunities to improve search experience, quality of results, and user workflows • Work in an autonomous, specialist role, taking ownership of solution design and implementation within the search area Ideal candidate profile • Strong, hands‑on expertise with the Sinequa platform • Proven experience delivering solutions on Sinequa as a core platform, rather than as a side skill from other big data tools • Track record in improving search relevance, tuning ranking algorithms, and optimising performance for complex datasets • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and experience or familiarity with RAG approaches • Ability to collaborate closely with both IT and business stakeholders and translate their needs into technical search solutions • Experience working in enterprise environments and contributing to “next‑gen” search or knowledge discovery initiatives • Proactive, autonomous working style with a high sense of ownership and responsibility • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, spoken and written Conditions • B2B contract with an hourly rate of 100 - 130 PLN net • 100% remote • Private medical care • Life insurance • Multisport card Recruitment steps • Initial phone call with a recruiter (20–30 min.) • Technical verification call with the client • Interview with the client • Final feedback and decision
