Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
5+ years of software engineering experience
Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers
Strong experience with distributed systems and SaaS applications
Hands-on experience with modern backend technologies and cloud platforms
Experience with AI/LLM systems or strong interest in agentic AI
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to balance people leadership with technical ownership

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers
Support hiring, development and performance conversations
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
Technical Leadership:
Drive architecture and delivery for AI-powered systems
Guide engineering best practices across scalable distributed services
Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders
AI & Platform Development:
Build AI and agentic workflows using LLMs, MCP and A2A
Design scalable, secure and observable AI services
Explore new AI technologies and bring ideas into production
