Wymagania:
- A university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a similar field.- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.- Understanding of D365 configuration, customization, workflows, security roles, business rules, and data models.- Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into practical solution designs.- Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration, reporting, and system architecture.- Awareness of AI-enabled business applications, automation opportunities, and intelligent process improvement.- Interest in using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure AI services.- Ability to assess whether AI or automation adds real business value rather than applying technology without purpose.- Experience working in Agile or project-based delivery environments.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.- Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Power Platform AI capabilities.- Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, or Azure AI services.- Knowledge of Power BI reporting and data visualization.- Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and security principles.- Experience with enterprise architecture or solution architecture frameworks.- Previous experience in industries such as finance, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics, or professional services.

- Design and document solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs.
- Support the configuration, customization, integration, and deployment of D365 applications.
- Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, business analysts, project managers, and business users.
- Identify opportunities to use automation, AI, and data insights to improve business processes.
- Support the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Power Automate, and other intelligent tools where relevant.
- Recommend practical AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and user experience.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Provide guidance on integrations between D365, Power Platform, Azure services, reporting tools, and third-party systems.
- Assist with data migration, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
- Review existing D365 environments and suggest improvements, including automation and AI-readiness opportunities.
