Nasze wymagania:
Experience in AI Transformation / AI Delivery.
Proven experience in leadership and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of Agile, process engineering, and governance.
Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI solution architecture.
Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience with Conversational AI, Voice AI, AI Platforms, or MLOps.

For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for a Squad Lead to lead a team developing enterprise-grade AI solutions, including LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Conversational AI, and cloud-native AI services.
Zakres obowiązków:
Lead the team and oversee end-to-end delivery.
Manage priorities, planning, risks, and dependencies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure governance, security, and production readiness.
Support the development of AI architecture and technology direction.
Mentor team members and coordinate effective cross-functional collaboration.
