T Hub – AI Engineer

Nasze wymagania: You have several years’ experience delivering successful projects in your field (at least 4 years) Excellent coding ability in Python Ability to integrate models into production systems using APIs Deep Learning and Machine Learning project experience covering numerous algorithms and models: Application of one or more of e.g. LGBM, XGBoost, GNN and / or LLMs Leverage LLMs from frameworks such as Hugging Face ML techniques like forecasting, regression, classification, anomaly detection, image object detection, text classification, text generation, root cause analysis, timeseries modelling Set-up and use of vector databases Familiarization with Natural Language Processing (NLP) LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering Some Agentic AI development Experience (nice to have) Development and deployment of software solutions incorporating specific AI or ML-based models and techniques Data handling techniques in e.g. Polars, Pandas, NumPy etc. AI/ML algorithms, libraries, techniques, pipelines, and architectures Familiarization with one of PyTorch and TensorFlow Experience with deep Exploratory Data Analysis and result reporting Software design & development techniques incl. clean code, reviews, testing and deployment (a must!) Gitlab repositories and pipelines O projekcie: You can look forward to working in our Network Analytics Team in Group Technology consisting of artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) experts developing advanced analytical solutions for the Deutsche Telekom Group. Your daily work will be focused on analyzing data, training models, developing automated tools using ML models, and working on challenging use cases. You will work alongside software engineers and other ML engineers. This role requires the flexibility to travel abroad a minimum of three times per year to attend client meetings, conferences, or team off-sites (typically 3-5 days per trip). Zakres obowiązków: Be a strong and transparent communicator able to work with customers to set goals, identify risks and prerequisites, report progress, present results and seek feedback. Prepare, explore and analyze data for model training using Python Train and test AI/ML models using various libraries and fine-tune their performance ready for deployment Work with an on-premises, Linux-based GPU computing platform and cloud-based instances, mainly GCP Enjoy working in an enriching international environment with a good work-life balance and opportunities to travel and grow Have reached English language proficiency B2 or above.
