Technical Solutions Lead – AI Automation & Finance Transformation We are looking for a senior Technical Solutions Lead to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on AI-driven automation, analytics, and process optimization within complex finance and operational environments. This role combines hands-on technical delivery with stakeholder engagement and solution ownership. You will work across Finance, Data, and IT teams to design and implement scalable solutions leveraging cloud technologies, modern data platforms, and emerging AI capabilities. Your Responsibilities • Design and deliver intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions supporting business and finance processes • Build and maintain scalable applications, services, and integrations using Python and modern cloud technologies • Develop AI agents and workflow automations leveraging enterprise AI platforms and cloud-native services • Create and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and governed semantic data models • Develop and optimize SQL-based data transformations and curated datasets for analytics and AI use cases • Ensure data quality, reconciliation logic, and operational controls across automated workflows • Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders on integrations, configurations, and solution delivery • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and define scalable solutions • Translate business requirements into technical designs, delivery plans, and implementation roadmaps • Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production solutions • Communicate architecture decisions, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements • Strong experience in technical solution delivery, automation, analytics, or data engineering roles • Hands-on experience with Python and modern cloud ecosystems • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-based data environments • Knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts, AI agents, workflow orchestration, or intelligent automation solutions • Strong SQL and data modelling skills • Experience building reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Understanding of semantic layers, governed metrics, and enterprise reporting concepts • Experience integrating analytics or automation solutions with enterprise systems and APIs • Ability to work directly with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable solutions • Strong communication, problem-solving, and delivery ownership mindset Nice to Have • Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms • Exposure to finance transformation or enterprise operational processes • Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate • Background in consulting, SSC/BPO, or enterprise transformation programs • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing practices, and production monitoring What We Offer • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale AI and automation initiatives • International environment with high-impact transformation projects • Exposure to modern cloud, analytics, and AI technologies • High level of ownership and influence on technical direction • Long-term collaboration within a growing transformation area • Flexible B2B cooperation model
