A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Senior Business Analyst would be:   • Act as the central point of contact for AI and Data initiatives • Manage end-to-end demand intake, triage, assessment, and prioritization. • Engage with business stakeholders to clarify and translate their needs into AI and data use cases. • Identify opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions with clear metrics for success. • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. • Collaborate with IT, Data, and engineering teams to scope solution options. • Navigate governance processes and engage with legal and risk stakeholders for compliance. • Maintain a structured view of project pipelines and delivery backlogs. • Support governance through readiness of business cases and prioritization recommendations.     Requirements:   •        7+ years experience in a similar role •        Experience in technology- led initiatives •        Strong consulting background with the ability to embed quickly in client environments •        Experience across the full delivery lifecycle •        Experience in regulated environments with stakeholder engagement •        Strong stakeholder management at various organisation levels •        Hands on experience with AI, advanced analytics, or automation         So, are you ready to join our team?   It’s important to remember, emagine is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop innovative solutions for our customers.
