ALM Business Analyst - Solution Architect

O projekcie: We are looking for a hybrid ALM Business Analyst / Solution Architect to support the evolution of the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) capability in a global manufacturing organization. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, quality, security, and platform teams to ensure traceability, governance, and scalability across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). Wymagania: Required Experience - Strong experience across ALM / SDLC environments in complex organizations - Experience combining business analysis and solution architecture - Experience designing tool-agnostic ALM architectures - Experience integrating DevOps / CI/CD / testing / security toolchains - Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar) - Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps practices - Experience with compliance and auditability in software delivery - Strong stakeholder management across global teams Nice to Have - Experience with PLM or digital thread concepts - Experience with embedded or connected products - Certifications in Business Analysis, Architecture, Agile/SAFe, ITIL, or Security Codzienne zadania: - Contribute to the ALM capability backlog and roadmap - Provide architectural input regarding dependencies, risks, and technical enablers - Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Release Train Engineers - Business Analysis & Ways of Working - Define information models and taxonomies (requirements, risks, tests, defects, releases) - Establish governance for quality, compliance, and auditability - Define flow, quality, and reliability metrics - Design ALM reference architecture and integration patterns - Lead incremental adoption through pilots, playbooks, templates, and coaching
