Nasze wymagania: SQL at an advanced level BigQuery or similar cloud DWH Data modeling Python or another programming language (min. code literacy) GCP (fundamentals) Git BI / visualization tool (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar) Understanding business needs and working with non-technical stakeholders End-to-end ownership — you finish what you start Fluent English & Polish You understand the business, not just the data You are autonomous and close things rigorously without being chased You're comfortable with ambiguity You can explain technical things to non-technical people You learn out of curiosity, not obligation You are passionate and always eager to go beyond You have a strong sense of responsibility to deliver high quality materials You are comfortable with a start up dynamic environment and building new processes, methodologies or frameworks You have strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with different internal stakeholders Mile widziane: Dataform or dbt Salesforce as a data source Experience with LLMs / AI agents Data orchestration on GCP (Cloud Composer, Workflows) Terraform / IaC REST APIs (consuming and building) O projekcie: You'll join an analytics team that has long delivered data products and reports for sales, finance, and operations — as well as directly for clients. We're now expanding into data engineering and AI: automating data pipelines and building an AI agent to handle business queries. We're looking for someone who understands data from an analytical perspective, is comfortable in an engineering environment, and wants to grow in both directions.
