Anaplan Senior Specialist / Manager | Permanent | Poland | Hybrid Smart Topaz is partnering with a global advisory organization supporting international clients in finance transformation and performance management programs. Due to the continued growth of the planning and EPM practice, the team is expanding its Anaplan delivery capability across complex, multi-country projects. We are looking for an Anaplan Senior Specialist or Manager who will design and implement planning solutions, working closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams in international environments. The role • Design and build planning and performance management models in Anaplan aligned to finance and operational processes • Translate business requirements into scalable EPM solution architecture, data flows, and integrations • Support or lead EPM/Anaplan implementations across budgeting, forecasting, and related planning domains • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure solution quality and adoption • For the manager level: coordination of project streams and mentoring of junior consultants What we’re looking for • Hands-on experience delivering Anaplan solutions in planning or performance management contexts • Background in EPM platforms - experience with other tools (e.g., OneStream, Oracle EPM, TM1, Jedox, or similar) is an advantage • Understanding of finance planning processes such as FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or profitability • Ability to structure complex requirements and communicate effectively with business users • Fluent in Polish and English Practical details • Contract type: Permanent or B2B • Engagement: Full-time • Work model: Hybrid (Poland) • Start date: Flexible Reach out if you’d like to learn more.
